Password problems

I have been trying to get a new password for my Virgin media account and to access my Virgin tv go app, I have called Virgin 3 times with no luck, maybe my lack of understanding the agents, but also I’m in my 80’s and not very tech savvy, the third young lady did say an engineer would call or text but nothing, can someone help please.
