Problem changing email password
I have suddenly had a message to enter password for my email but my current password has failed. I am trying to reset but are stuck at the point of having to enter an alternative email to receive the reset info. I have entered an alternative non-Virgin email but get the message:
"You've recently requested to change the email address you use to sign in to My Virgin Media. Please check your emails and verify this change before making further account changes."
I have received nothing to my alternative email account (or my normal Virgin accounts!) so can't get any further.
Advice welcome please. Thanks.
- Good to read you resolved this gremlin by using an alternative email address; FWIW the workaround is to immediately resubmit the original email address after entering the alternative. - --
