Problem changing email password
I have suddenly had a message to enter password for my email but my current password has failed. I am trying to reset but are stuck at the point of having to enter an alternative email to receive the reset info. I have entered an alternative non-Virgin email but get the message:
"You've recently requested to change the email address you use to sign in to My Virgin Media. Please check your emails and verify this change before making further account changes."
I have received nothing to my alternative email account (or my normal Virgin accounts!) so can't get any further.
Advice welcome please. Thanks.
Good to read you resolved this gremlin by using an alternative email address; FWIW the workaround is to immediately resubmit the original email address after entering the alternative.
