Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.
With your payments you would be bale to go about getting an indemnity claim for the payment made via Direct Debit, however if you leave the payments as they are, they would over run to your next bill making this either lower or be fully paid by the amount you have already paid.

How would I go about this? It's just as I need the extra money this month ahead of Xmas shopping during November.
Would it not be easier to get a refund from customer service for the manual payment?
