Over 10 days since I sent my parcel

Hi, I delivered my router to a Yodel delivery site on 11th April and have proof of delivery. It has been over 10 days since this date and I am very distressed that I have received a bill from Virgin Media for £65. How do I find out whether this item has been lost or if there is a delay in the delivery? Do I still need to pay the fee and wait for this to be credited?

    If you pay the fee you'll be back on here in a few weeks wanting to know how to get it back.

    You've sent the equipment back and have proof.  My return took much longer than that to be confirmed. You need to leave it longer before you need to worry.
