Over 10 days since I sent my parcel
Hi, I delivered my router to a Yodel delivery site on 11th April and have proof of delivery. It has been over 10 days since this date and I am very distressed that I have received a bill from Virgin Media for £65. How do I find out whether this item has been lost or if there is a delay in the delivery? Do I still need to pay the fee and wait for this to be credited?
