Not Aware of activation fee

I have similar problem with activation fee. Have not been made aware of this. Called and they said I don't need to pay this and they will take care of it.

But they still haven't removed the fee and charged me late payment fee, now they have restricted my service!! I have not been able to talk to a real person after multiple attempts of calling. Can you please advise?

    We're sorry to hear there's been some confusion around the activation charges. These are usually listed on all pre-contract documents if they apply.

    This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
