No welcome email and account number

Hi there,
I have placed my order online on last Thursday 30/5. Although I received my contract information, there was no welcome email and account number for me to create my online account.

I just want to make sure my order is correctly placed and receive the device tomorrow.

  • Same issue for me. This looks like a massive problem, thinking of refusing installation.

  • I am also having this issue. A few weeks after I purchased the wifi i was never sent any account number or welcome email or area reference and later had a text message saying that my email address no longer existed. Therefore I have no way of making an account and haven’t been able to since august.

  • Hi, I'm having the same issue. I received my hub but haven’t received a welcome email and an account number. My first bill hasn't been generated yet. Could you help me out?

    I have the same problem: New service set-up and running since 18th March but no welcome email, letter or account number and have not received any bills as yet.

    I want to pay the bill but can't access my account as I don'y have an account number!
