No welcome email and account number

Hi there,
I have placed my order online on last Thursday 30/5. Although I received my contract information, there was no welcome email and account number for me to create my online account.

I just want to make sure my order is correctly placed and receive the device tomorrow.

  • Hello, I have the same problem. I am trying to register an account but no welcome email and account number was found. All I have is the confirmation email and the pre contract document.

  • Same for me. Received my hub and internet set up. Tried to set up my account and I've been going crazy trying to find the account number and 'area reference' or whatever.

    I checked my junk folders - all I received was some kind of order summary for my hub and a 'check-in message'. Totally infuriating. Of course, the internet is way slower than advertised too but that seems par for the course in London

      Sorry to hear that you've not received communication containing your account information to create your online account. 

      We aren't able to inform you of the account number itself, but we can send to your service address a letter to let you know of this. Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down. 

  • I also have the same issue, I ordered a student deal wifi box last month to be delivered on the 25th. I haven't received it nor has the backup address. I was only given a css and cis, no account number or creation email was sent pleas help ASAP.

  • Hi,

    I'm having the same issue, not been sent an account number and can't get anywhere calling without it. Not received any bills or anything. Could you please help?

      Hi

      I’m also having this problem. I haven’t received a welcome email so I can’t set up my account to manage my wifi. Any help would be great.

      Hey, got the same problem. Got my hub, got a welcome to your first checkin mail but no account no. First bill not in yet. Can you please help?
