No welcome email and account number

Hi there,
I have placed my order online on last Thursday 30/5. Although I received my contract information, there was no welcome email and account number for me to create my online account.

I just want to make sure my order is correctly placed and receive the device tomorrow.

  • Hello, I am having the same problem. Have been installed for a while now but never recieved my contract information or welcome email with account details etc...

    I had joined Virgin Media back in September 2025 but have yet to receive a welcome email with my details to allow me to manage my broadband through the virgin media app.

    Any help with the matter would be greatly appreciated
