Sorry to hear these concerns about your Netflix service included as part of your package bundle.
The type of Netflix services included in your package should be listed on your contract documents. These will have been sent to you when first taking out the package, but also can be accessed via 👉 My VM.
As standard, any packages which include Netflix are under the 'Standard with Ads' Tier. You can then pay an additional charge per month if you'd like to upgrade your Netflix service to 'Standard' or 'Premium'. You can do this by heading to your Netflix account settings.
