We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with your new Netflix package. Any new packages only include Netflix Standard with Ads since Netflix changed their tier levels.
When checking your pre-contract documents, does this show as Netflix Standard or Netflix Standard with ads?
If it does show the latter, and you don't want the ads, you'd need to upgrade the tier of service and pay the additional amount.
If it shows as Netflix Standard, pop back and let us know so we can check things further for you.
