Netflix with ads

I see from reading the forums that this is a common problem whereby renewing my contract online says nothing will change, and the contract summary states that I will continue with Netflix Standard, but then I get an email after accepting that says:

Your new package now includes:
TV: Netflix Standard with Ads
Broadband: Discount
We've removed:
TV: Netflix Standard

Please can you this be looked into?
