Netflix sign up

I cant sign up to netflix through the my virgin account as I dont have the netfix banner to activate it also I haven't received an activation email to sign up aswell ive had the tv services over 2 weeks now, been on the online chat on two occasions and they said they will sort it but to no avail anybody else had these issues?

  • Yep! Just over 3 weeks now, several conversations and a complaint but still nothing. They don’t seem to be honouring this part of the contract at the moment!

    We can see you've spoken to the team about this issue, did they manage to help?

    If the team have advised they have filled something in normally there is a 5 working day sometimes longer wait on this.

  • Sorry, ive still not heard anything from the first or second chat that ive had with customer service.
