Netflix requesting for Payment info
Hi All ,
Like others , I recently upgraded the virgin media package and received Netflix with ad upgrade .
I received the link to activate the Netflix account on the 27th OCT and I activated it and everything was going well until this month . Netflix has requested for a payment info and I am not sure what to do next? Do I give them a payment info ? but I am afraid they will charge me whilst I was suppose to have this Netflix package included in the VM ?
Can anyone please help me solve this issue ? I spoke to couple of live chats but they havent been much help . Please can we solve this ? Netflix is one of my ways for me to cool down and this has been stressing me .
