Netflix Premium & Disney+ Premium No Activation links
I'm a new customer and seem to be getting nowhere fast with this. When choosing my package I chose to also have Netflix Premium & Disney+ Premium. I've been contacting "Agents" all week on how to activate and all I keep getting is that they'll fill out a form and I have to wait 24 - 48 hrs.
They filled "the form" out Monday - I'll get an email in the evening or Tuesday morning - No Email
They filled "the form" out lunchtime Tuesday - I'll get an email in 48hrs - No email
This morning they filled "the form" out and now I have to wait another 24hrs.
How many forms for the same thing have to filled out?
I've checked my emails including the spam and trash folders. I've logged on to My Virgin Media account, checked in Entertainment Services for the alleged Activation buttons - not there.
I haven't even been given the standard Netflix with adds. Whats going on? Am I missing something? Any Ideas?
