Netflix blundell Virgin scam U turn it off

Blundell package Netflix Virgin media scammed me yet again

I posted I updated to Netflix 4k I have a direct debit live on my Virgin media also I have £100 plus in my account on Virgin media I ordered Netflix 4k through Virgin media there was a menu on my Netflix of virgin media 4k

History of trying to add package from one five one nightmare city use the app. 

3 1/2 hours ordered

N0w scam part

Ordered 28th of October 24 virgin  media

19 November turned off all my Netflix stating that it was still live on my box repeatedly it's on my box wasn't 1 rep looked. And the vox serial number and Netflix ID on the box was not visible so my Netflix was 100% the activated I complained to the rep I've have a blundled deal for Netflix but you have disabled all my Netflix so what a bunch of scammers instantly phone as instantly disconnected off Virgin media rep..

Blundell deals do not mean any think I can't virgimedia add Netflix HD free of charge in the blundle add 4K Netflix all direct debit and a funds still in my account. But they deactivated my Netflix 4k and not a sorry insight..

3 days turned of

 

I will not get into private messages with any

Virgin media staff on here

Tom was private messaging me then he stopped so I give up send any private messages I will just delete I want to let others know that Virgin media are a bunch of scammers  deals did not mean you get what you ordered 

 

£10.99 for free U get no netflix if U update to there 4k version for added £7 extra 

 

There just remotely shut your account without warning you by phone.

 

Was no warning emails stated problem with your direct debit or payment  just instant deactivation...

    i got normal netflix on package deal great .

    i rang VM again on 150 to be meet by there way .

    i asked i wanted to add netflix 4k to be meet with £17.99

    i told the advisor on 150 if u look i got netflix normal . u need to pay £17.99

    i hung up phone 

    2nd 150 

    rang back and not a member of staff at start told £7,00 extra go head...

    then the news i cant add here go use virgin media app .

    i was very confused and statment and shut down with the following .

    customer get phone tv 360 box and because of 360 u give router for 360 

    and dont have to have a phone / pc / laptop / tablet yes he agreed.

    so im old and say i never had u statment u need to go on line .

    virgin media web site no add on ... told to go to chat .

     

    1 1/2 hours on calls and chat to be met with there a service problems i open a ticket .

    WHY ARE THE 150 THERE FRIEND WALKS IN AND 30 SECONDS HE ADDED NETFLIX 4K ...

    TECK NEEDED ON THIS CHAT POST ON HERE .

    I ADDED THE 4K GREAT 360

    IN SYSTEM SHOWS 4K SETTING LOCKED.

    YOUTUBE 4K LOCKED BRILL PICTURE.

     

    OPEN APP TO NETFLIX 4K TO BE MEET WITH HD NO 4K ICON...

    RANG AND TOLD DO THIS THAT OTHER NO FIX ....

     

    FRIEND COME AROUND AGAIN AND I HAVE A TV WITH BUILT IN NETFLIX LOGGED IN TO BE MET WITH NETFLIX 4K WORKING ON TV...

    I RANG VM AT 150 TO BE MET AGAIN PLEASE USE THE TV .

    I DONT USE WIFI AND NO SPARE ETHERNET SLOTS . SO FRIEND USED IS PHONE TO TEST ON TV .

     

    150 TOLD ME TURN THE WIFI ON HERE ....

    THEN THE WORD OF 150  OPEN A TICKET 

     

    TO BE MET WITH THE FOLLOWING AND WHY WHY WHY ,

     

    YOUR PACKAGE AS ONLY NETFLIX NORMAL ON IT .

    FUNNY I GOT AN EMAIL OF VIRGIN MEDIA SAYING THE 4K IS LIVE ON MY VIRIGN MEIDA NETFLIX .

     

    SO WERE ON PLANET DO THE STAFF GET TRAINED ON PC OR THE SYSTEMS OF VIRGIN MEDIA CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT .

     

    AT THIS TIME 

     

    HD ON NETFLIX .

    FRIEND COME JUST USED WIFI ON TV SAY 4K NETFLIX .

     

     

    SO WE CHARGE U £7.00 AND CANT USE THE NETFLIX ON MY 360 .

     

    SON AS WORKING ON XBOX 1ST GO WORKING .

      Hi jasonu 

      Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

      We don't offer Netflix Premium on any package, it would just be the Netflix standard bundle.

      If you do wish to pay extra to upgrade, this would be £7.

      Is your HDMI Resolution in your Audio & Video settings on your box set to Automatic or 4K? If so and you have Netflix Premium on your plan, plus selecting a 4K Film/Show on Netflix, it should work.

        I added the £7 premium 4K version....

        But box is setup as 4k

        YouTube works ok in 4 k

        But 360 netflix is only in hd...

         

        My TV apps netflix 4k but no spare ports to use on TV...

      tv app shows . icon in 4K 

      virgin media 360 box shows in HD icon lite so HD ... sent photo easy to show .

        If you log in to your online account - virg.in/myVM are you paying for the 4K version of Netflix?

    thought i was in a swingers phone service - but with out releaf on call as 

    they could not order 2 1/2 hours on phone . USE THE POWER OF APP JASON

    RANG TOLD BY VM ADD CARD AND BLOW THE WEBS DOWN I GET THE BILL ON 19TH NOV 2024 

    FOR £17.99 IN FULL TO NETFLIX SO NO DISCOUNT OF VM,,

     

    THEN THE DARK KNIGHT AT VM WE FILE A COMPLIANT TO THE BACK OFFICE GUESS THE BLOWEL TEAM AS STARS FROM PASSED THEY USE THE POWER OF A STOMA BAG AND FIX NOTHINK .

    I HAVE £100,00 IN ACCOUNT DIRECT DEBIT IS STILL SHOWING SO NOT A BILLING PROBLEM .

    SO KIDS ARE RUNNING AS NO NETFLIX THERE MORE TIME TO RUN MILES - AS NO NURSE OF NETLFLIX.

     

    I WITHOUT ANY NETFLIX AS 100% VM AS TURNED OF THE PACKAGE NETFLIX .

    NO PART WAS WARNING OVER PAYMENT ON 28TH OCT 2024 WHEN IT WAS FINALY ORDERED,

    CCCCC

    150 ARE THE BEST AT WE DONT SEE THE NETFLIX ANY SERVICE ON ACCOUNT INC HD SERVICE.

     RANG FOR WEEK AFTER ORDER WE DONT SEE THE 4K SERVICE BUT BOX AND ACCOUNT WAS IN 4K .

     

    TILL 19TH NOV 2024 

     

    VM SHOULD WORK FOR SANTA IN RED ONE .

    THEY DO THE JOB BETTER.

        Been the ombudsman that many times I sit round there table called king Arthur..

        • Blame over sea call centres 150 or 151 happy to add services say fix and language barrier..
        • Say Problem means we add Sky hd

      Netflix Virgin media HD. Transferred to 4k on 28th of October on 19 November all Netflix through Virgin media payment  system 

       

      Give me warning message Netflix has been switched off due to no payment I have got credit on my account with Virgin media and is a direct debit sub still active on my account but Virgin media as the activated my Netflix 100% can't view any Netflix at all 150151 nightmare city it is still on your account your box is still showing Netflix is running etc etc etc normal Netflix when I log in on box PC TV space.. all my next flicks has been turned off

    update for all .

    my bill printed 25 oct 2024 and payment 30 oct 2024 the end .......

    28th oct 2024 4k £7.00 a month not on 25th oct bill as was printed 25th oct .

    19th nov 4k and all netflix was turn off . and nothink on bill yet over the 4k as not been added .

    22rd nov rang 150 and news not good . they have closed my 4k netflix down early as 

    there is not record of it on statment .

     

    told wait for 25th nov statement for ref of say £5+7 4k fee. 

     

    but 150 rep was very confused why it was turned off ...

    give up on virgin media .
    i tracked the ordering ,

     

    25 oct statment post online paid .

    28 oct 4k netflix ordered ...

    19 nov 2024 virgin canceles instanted and no way the service is on statment as 

    the service was never billed to my statment for account

    as that is due 25th nov..

     

    as u quoked this is not an instant message if pm so pointless.

     

     as virgin media have broken the rule  contact 1st 

    they made it clear u get 1 month missed payment if u fail 2nd they cut u off .

    the 4k version was on ordered 23 days and u cut all the netflix of not turning on 

    the package version of hd .

     

    which  is a great case for ombusman as other on here speak the words 

    add 4k service they cut u off no warning ..

    no warning just under handed switch of 
    and top of i have 2 1/2 monthly fee in account so there was never a payment problem 
    and i was never statment for the service as ordered after the oct 2024 bill so would show on nov 2024 say extra £12 fee which i had well covered it

    told today that the new contact can do netflix with out with out 

     

    virgin media option was cant op out of netflix as in my package so im locked in to netflix plan to may 2025

    going for the max amount from ombusman as no amount of compo im taking of them due to under handed zapping my netflix

    waited for pm and none again .

    i opened compliants and closed them down vm so waiting for ombusman to take the control of way 

    i was closed down and very wrong and hope vm gets a big fine :()

    to shock them but nothink does .

    4k netflix from vm  ...

    can i ask a quick fire .

    who does get the £7.00 payment.

    vm say u pay on account and we charge u the £7.00 . 

    next 150 says u set up direct debit on ur netflix and pay £7.00 to them .

     

    netflix as no direct debit to add a bank credit paypal or other as sub is with vm..

    virgin media as blamed netflix and netflix blame vm ... over were the £7.00 extra fee .

     

    all i no i was turned off all my netflix as they closed my account down. 

     

    blaming each other company over payment .
