NETFLIX added without me ordering it

Netflix was added to my account in December 2023 without my knowledge or permission and as yet Virgin Media have been unable or unwilling to remove it. I don't have a Netflix user name or password and have never had a previous Netflix account. I call Virgin Media every month and generally get my £17.99 credited but sometimes they promise a refund and it doesn't get credited but I get it eventually. I also receive an email to tell me Netflix has been cancelled but I've learnt this isn't true. I have opened 2 disputes and told my latest one is with the executive. I've contacted Netfilx twice they have no record of my name, email plus old VM emails, phone No or address. I've also been told by various VM advisors I'm not the only one, one actually said it looks very dodgy! That's because it is. I have reported that I believe my account has been compromised and asked for it to be suspended until this issue is resolved but VM refused to do this. Today's call resulted in me being told again that my problem lies with Netflix however my contract is with VM. I have raised the issue again today and will check for progress in 10 days and then if there's progress I'll be contacting the Communications Ombudsman as I have exhausted all options. Good to know I'm not alone on this trip though.
