Netflix Activation
Hi,
Recently upgraded onto 1Gig b/b and was promised Netflix as part of the package.
Received email link that said there was a problem and to contact VM.
Back to VM who said Netflix had been cancelled as part of my package without reason but that they would setup again and i would receive a new email with the link.. I never received the email.
Have tried twice since and been told exact same story and i still await email.
New bill came in that clearly states Netflix added as part of package but still await email link.
Can someone from VM assist with this please as the online chat function is not fit for purpose.
