NETFLIX ACTIVATION

Just started with Virgin Media. Purchased a bundle M500 Fibre Broadband + Landline which included Netflix.  There is no activation option on Entertainment Services when I select the Netflix banner and I have not received an activation email for it.

I already have Netflix installed which I pay £18.99 per month for and I just want to activate it through Virgin Media so I can transfer my profile and then cancel the direct debit.  Any thoughts?

    If this is included in your package it should be there.

    Have you checked your junk / spam inbox at all?

      I filed all my Virgin Media emails in the same place.  It is not there.
