Netflix Activation

I am having the same problem going round and round. Get told to ‘activate’ Netflix but no where enables me to do that. 
Online chat is rubbish. 
No one replies on WhatsApp

    Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties with your Netflix activation. If you haven't received an email, and there's no button showing for netflix in your My VM account 👉 virg.in/myVM we may need to see if we can get the activation re-sent for you.

  • Same issue for me. Seems to be a recurring issue with VM!
