Netflix activation
Hi,
I had an issue where my online renewal of contract didn't go through properly, so I spoke to a lady on the phone who set me up with a different package - which included Netflix.
This was on the 18th November (15 days ago).
Since then, I have had no activation email for Netflix, nor do I have any Netflix tabs in the my virgin media app.
Please could someone assist me getting this activation link/email?
