Netflix activation

Hi 

I’ve had VM for two weeks now, with Netflix part of my package. I have spoken to 3 agents who have all advised different messages.

Ive also replied to various messages here with no contact. 
Sadly my first impressions of VM as a new customer is relatively poor.

    We're sorry to hear you feel this way. We can see that you have made another thread which we've already replied too. 

    Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.

    Have a look at the reply on the other thread and the PM that's been sent to you. Stick with us there, so we keep all the information in one place.
