Netflix Activation

It’s been over a month but still can’t activate Netflix. I waited for that email but nothing has come through a couple times now. Also when I go to the entertainment page where Netflix is, it shows Active with a green tick. Every time I click on “Manage Netflix” it takes me to a page and gets stuck on “Request in Progress”. What’s the workaround for this please?
