Netflix Activation

Hi my 2gig broadband was turned on 6 days ago but still waiting on the activation email for my bundled Netflix, i checked in my account nothing in there about activation ? i thought i have this by now as its part of my service.

    Sorry to hear of the Netflix activation issues experienced, we appreciate you taking the time to let us know via the forums and welcome to the community.

     

    Usually the activation details are sent via email, can you go through the ones received to see if this has been missed? If not, we can arrange for another to be sent to you.

      Hi , I checked my emails and spam folder and nothing in there are all , can you pls sort this for me

        Hey jeffjo54, thank you for reaching out and we are sorry to hear about your Netflix issue.

        To confirm have you tried to activate this from your online account? 

        If not please try these steps;

        • Go to the Virgin Media website and log in to your account.
        • Find and click the Netflix banner or tile.
        • Confirm you are not already a subscriber and click "Take me to Netflix".
        • Choose your Netflix tier, enter your email, and create a password.

         

  • I’ve had the same problem. Spoke to 2 VM agents and told two different versions of what’s the issue. 

    no email received either?
