Netflix activation

Im supposed to have Netflix as part of my package , but no activation email , no option on my online to activate it just an error message , spent hours on webchat with a load of false promises that it would be sorted , but still nothing ? Ive put in complaints that just say resolved but nothing has been resolved ? Its a shambles..it seems a lot of people are having this same issue !? So what are we supposed to do ?

    We're sorry to hear you've not yet received your Netflix activation email. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
