Netflix activation

Im supposed to have Netflix as part of my package , but no activation email , no option on my online to activate it just an error message , spent hours on webchat with a load of false promises that it would be sorted , but still nothing ? Ive put in complaints that just say resolved but nothing has been resolved ? Its a shambles..it seems a lot of people are having this same issue !? So what are we supposed to do ?
