Netflix activation problem

Hi

I recently moved to virgin from sky (about 3 weeks ago), the virgin package includes Netflix. I already had a Netflix account.

how do I activate Netflix via the package? I don’t have an activation email (I’ve checked everywhere) and when I go into my account on virgin media itself and try to activate it, it says there are technical issues. This has been going on for days.

I’ve tried calling the helpline and cannot get through to a person, and I’ve also given up with live chat as it also doesn’t work.

Help.

    Sorry to hear of the difficulty you have faced when trying to get the Netflix services activated.

    Check out the envelope in the top right hand corner for a private message from me, and I'll look into issuing you with an activation E-Mail to get the Netflix account up and running.
