Netflix activation failure

I renewed my virgin contract adding netflix almost a month ago. I have been in contact with services a number of times trying to get netflix activated. I have since received 4 emails with activation links. All have failed asking to retry or recontact media services. It seems pointless to ring again to get another link that will fail. Can anyone help
