Sorry to hear you haven't had your Netflix activation code.
This is usually sent once the contract and package have been applied. If you have completed the package change online, this can take up to 14 days to be applied.
Also, if you have ordered any equipment or have any disconnection in place with your order, then the package change will not activate until you have received the equipment, or after the 30-day downspin for any disconnections of services/channels.
Do you have any equipment ordered with this renewal, such as another TV set-top box, a new router or WiFi pods? If so, then your renewal would only be applied when this equipment is activated. Once activated and the renewal contract applied, you would receive a Netflix activation email and see this on your Virgin Media online account.
If you have a disconnection of the main services in your contract, then this would be processed after 30days. Once disconnected, the renewal contract is applied, and you will receive a Netflix activation email and see this on your Virgin Media online account.
