Netflix activation Email
I signed up for this package on 12th of December 23, But I still don't have the Netflix activation email that I should have received.
Tried the customer services by calling for a 4th time now and I was told by everyone that all they can do is “I have raised a request so you should be getting an email notification shortly, regarding the Netflix activation however after waiting over 2 months now for it to arrive I have lost all hope with Virgin and speaking to customer service over the phone.
i also have no Netflix linked to my account in the myvirginmedia app which I apparently should have and be able to see however it doesn’t show however it does state I have Netflix on my contract
Is there anyone in here that can help me resolve this without having them to raise another ticket with the dept and directly call the dept to get it sorted over the next 24hrs?
