Netflix activation email not received

Can someone please help me with this, changed my package on 19 December 2023 to the Mega Volt Bundle including Netflix Standard. Now nearly 6 weeks later I still haven’t received my activation email or can see the “Activate Netflix” button on the My Virgin Media account page. I have called customer service multiple times and am going around in circles with them, constantly getting fobbed off with “ it will be fixed and sent in 24/48 Hours, 5 days, 7 days bulls**t”.     Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
    I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your Netflix registration, have you checked your spam or junk folders for the email as it can sometimes find its way in to those folders. Would you also be able to check for the activation button on your online account using incognito mode or private browsing mode within your browser.

      Yes I have checked my Spam folder and do so on a daily basis and there has been no email from Virgin Media with the Netflix activation link. Also on the Virgin Media website via Safari and Google Chrome I do NOT have the “Activate Netflix” button, even in private or incognito mode. 

      Countless calls to customer service haven’t had any effect on a resolution too.

        I'm sorry for the trouble you're having with Netflix.
        Just before we investigate further, did the customer services team raise an IT ticket with our specialist team? If so, when was the last time they advised of a ticket being raised.

        Let us know and we can go on from there.
