Netflix activation email not received
Can someone please help me with this, changed my package on 19 December 2023 to the Mega Volt Bundle including Netflix Standard. Now nearly 6 weeks later I still haven’t received my activation email or can see the “Activate Netflix” button on the My Virgin Media account page. I have called customer service multiple times and am going around in circles with them, constantly getting fobbed off with “ it will be fixed and sent in 24/48 Hours, 5 days, 7 days bulls**t”. Thanks. James
