Netflix Activation doesn't work
Hi
I have just signed up to a contract and as part of the package should be able to sign up to Netflix, but when I try to follow the link it comes up with the error Sorry, something’s gone wrong! We’re having some technical issues. Please try again later.
I have spoken to a couple of online support people who have both told me that the link should be OK within 24 to 48 hours and I would receive an email with sign up details. Unfortunately neither of these things have happened and the Netflix service was showing as Activiting (I think, possibly Awaiting Activiation) last week, but now I have the option to Redeem Netflix but when I do, I get the above error.
Has anyone had this problem and can anyone help on how to resolve it ?
