Netflix Account Renewal following VM contract renegotiation

Hi,

I'm restarting this conversation with the same title as one I started about 12 months ago.

At that time, I was being additionally charged for a Netflix Subscription which was already included in my overall package. Daniel_et was very instrumental in resolving this for me but the situation has just resurfaced with an additional charge of £29.01 appearing on my current bill for August and September Netflix charges.

I don't think Daniel_et is still around so if someone could look into this, I'l be most grateful. Let me know what details you require.

    I can see you've already sent a private message to my colleague who was originally helping you to resolve this.
