Netflix - Someone elses email
I cancelled my services with virgin in December 2023 but Netflix is constantly being added since October. No one in our household uses Netflix and when we had the equipment it was someone elses email that was logged in on the box. Someone we don't know. It's not a friends email nor family.
Since arguing with virgin about this since October and being told it was sorted. we have discovered its still on the old account. I have logged in, went to entertainment services and manually cancelled but any time its cancelled and confirmed, the next day its active again.
no one in virgin media seems to want to help. They're okay for other people, actual strangers to hack into peoples accounts and add services. They are not one bit bothered about helping customers at all.
Wonder if anyone else has had this issue or can point me in the right direction. When I call they just say that they will raise a form, we're now on form number 5 and still no resolution.
