Netflix - Someone elses email

I cancelled my services with virgin in December 2023 but Netflix is constantly being added since October. No one in our household uses Netflix and when we had the equipment it was someone elses email that was logged in on the box. Someone we don't know. It's not a friends email nor family. 

Since arguing with virgin about this since October and being told it was sorted. we have discovered its still on the old account. I have logged in, went to entertainment services and manually cancelled but any time its cancelled and confirmed, the next day its active again. 

no one in virgin media seems to want to help. They're okay for other people, actual strangers to hack into peoples accounts and add services. They are not one bit bothered about helping customers at all. 

Wonder if anyone else has had this issue or can point me in the right direction. When I call they just say that they will raise a form, we're now on form number 5 and still no resolution. 

  •  This is happening to me also since october. They still wont fix the issue with the billing even though I have left. Did you get this sorted?

      We're really sorry to hear that there's been an ongoing issue with Netflix charges.

      Just so we can be clear, you mentioned that you cancelled your services with us in December 2023, meaning that you should no longer be receiving bills from us. Are you still receiving bills from us with the Netflix charge on there? Or are you just querying the historic charges?

        I've been calling since october, every time I do im told its being added on because Im using it. You tell me to go to Netflix, i have and they say its nothing to do with them because there is no active email. as i said i left virgin media in december and yet still being told i owe 17.99 a month. All you do is credit the account and close any active complaints. This needs to be resolved because your making me do all the running around.
