Netflix - can't activate

I've been complaining numerous times  on chat, I've raised a complaint and keep getting told I'll either have an email activation or i can do it on the box or i can do it on the app. Depending on who I speak to. 

 

But I've got no options or links anywhere. It's included free on my contract and it's been a month and they've closed my complaint but still the only option is to add Netflix on as a payment per month. I've tripledi checked my contract and it says Netflix with adverts included. This is main reason I went with Virgin. 

 

How do I get it sorted?

    We're very sorry to hear about your Netflix sevrice not being activated. 

    To confirm, when did you first get advised you would receive a link for that?

      Hey Martin, it would have been around a day after installation so by about 6/7 November. Each time I've contacted they guarantee I will get an email within 24 hours and I've had nothing, not even in junk. I've also been told there will be an activation button but nothing there either.
