Moving flat, need some advice.

Hi everyone.

I'm moving flat and pay the virgin media Internet bill for my old place. My flatmates are staying and will need internet. Can i transfer the bill to them or do i have to cancel and then have them apply separately? If so will they have to go without internet for a bit?

Secondly, my new place can only get virgin broadband. Am i likely to get new customer prices, or will i be on the out of contract ones due to paying internet bills at my old place.

    Your flatmates won't be able to take over your account. They will need to set up a new account and coordinate that start date with the date your existing service is disconnected so as to minimise any downtime without a service.

    Are you currently within a 18 month minimum term period on your existing VM account or have you completed that minimum term period?
