New flat setup
Hi there!
I have moved into a flat today and transferred my service to the new property, I am getting a welcome pack for self installation in a few days but I've been looking at where the cables come into the property and I'm not sure if there's anywhere I'll be able to plug my box into. I will provide a picture of what we have on the wall. I think I may need an engineer to come out. Please advise!
Thank you š

The NTL box shown is just a legacy phone socket, which is no longer used & was never used for internet anyway on cable systems.
There is also a communal meda outlet. If the building is internally wired it will require a VM technician to access the comms cupboard & connect your incoming VM service to the SAT 1 socket on the communal outlet. If the building is not internally wired the incoming coax may be somewhere else in the flat.
