Moorcroft and virgin media not communicating
Hi
I've been having problems with moorcroft and the customer care team.
On the 20th of December I paid a total of £191.24 to the moorcroft debt recovery group (i know my bad for not realising it was overdue 🙌).
Following on my Internet has been turned on and off in dribs and drabs but currently disconnected again.
I was told 14 days and I appreciate it's been christmas....
16 days later moorcroft won't deal with me as my case has been closed and returned to virgin...
Virgin won't re-instate my connection cause they say they haven't received payment from moorcroft ( catch 22).....
And on top of that virgin are now trying to bill me full amount for December even though I've been without service for several days in December......
I had issues in 2011 with virgin trying to charge me for overseas calls that were never made and left..... nice to see they haven't come much further in terms of customer support or I wonder if it's a language barrier with there current employees???
