Issues Logging on to virgin media community.

Whilst I have successfully logged on just now from my laptop, earlier on tonight I, and my wife, both tried to logon to the community and were told we were not authorised to do so.  Has anyone else had issues being denied access to the community today?

    Yes, I have reported an error. You must be using either MacOS, iPadOS or iPhoneOS. Only happens with the latest Apple fixes and using Safari, but as far as I can trace it’s not an Apple problem, it’s an error with one of the VM CDN servers.

    Work around seem to be using a web app other than Safari, works on Edge for me.

    Nice to see a familiar name on here.  Can I mention that I am having a dizzy couple of days trying to access my bill breakdown.  The email on Thursday showed a charge I was not expecting so I needed to use the link in the email to see my bill.  I was greeted with an Ooops there is a problem!  I still cannot move on from that. Have also tried repeatedly to access My VM in the normal way but have had various problems and nothing makes any sense.  I feel like I am going round in circles.  The gmail address used for by bill apparently does not exist but that has been my sign in for My VM for many years.  

    I have thankfully managed to get into the forum now but it's impossible to find how to post - hence why I have responded to you by tagging into someone else's post.  Apologies.

    I miss not having a working forum /community to use.  Please advise re the bill breakdown access problem.

  • I'm back for the moment.  In addition to my post elsewhere, I tried to access the forum with Chrome earlier yesterday (6th June) which also produced the same problems. I use Edge to access the forum with limited success, this being the 2nd successful post.  More info on the link below: (1-33am 7th June)

    each time I log in and also when trying to view individual topics.

    At the moment it's working for me on Edge.  I've logged on and can read the topics okay?
