Locked out of my account due to fraudulent activity.
I got an email from O2 about setting up a direct debit. I did not set up any such direct debit. In the email it has my bank details and asks me to go to http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 in order to check/change details. When I click the link I get the message
Your account has been locked
We’ve locked your account for security reasons.
What to do?
