Incorrect bill 3rd month in a row!

This is the 3rd month in a row my bill is incorrect and I am being overcharged - every month I have to contact you guys please sort it out. I'm assured every time this won't happen again but it does.

    Sorry to hear of the incorrect billing on your account, and that this has been a recurring theme,

    Check out the envelope in the top right hand corner for a private message from me and I'll seek to review the billing and have this corrected where required
