I signed up to virgin media 1gb broadband and 360 TV box.

I signed up with virgin media Ireland my package was 1gb broadband and 360 TV box unloaded,the red bundle.I signed with virgin because they said I would get a free 43" TCL smart TV after I paid my first bill,I got a message from saying my free TV would be delivered by the 31st December 2024.But i have got nothing from virgin media.
