I can't login.

I used to be able to login with a click, saved email and password but it's no longer saved when I try. It's all connected with O2  now?

I enter the email manually, no option to manually enter the password, it just sends an email. I verify the email, it says its verified and then it expires. 

I can't login, can't pay my bill. I tried via phone call and the AI is so useless and didn't help at all, went around in circles. 

Not sure what else to do. Looked for an email for the O2 merger email, isn't there either.
