How to switch to E-billing

Been trying for months to switch from paper to e-billing via my online account with no success. Looked on this forum and seen that lots of others have had the same problem. Even tried to call customer support and couldn’t speak to a human who could fix the problem. Would be grateful if someone could help.

    Sorry to hear that switching to E-Billing has been problematic.
