Sorry to hear of the issues with the access to the Netflix account,
Can you please confirm if you have been able to set up your self-care account and when accessing the welcoming dashboard if there is an option to activate Netflix?

Just to clarify for us please, did you take a TV package with us that includes Netflix as part of that bundle deal?
Is Netflix showing on your contract email?
