How do I get the free Netflix

How do i activate Netflix on my account with Virgin Media

      Hi davedicko,

      Is Netflix included in your current contract?

      A number of people are under the misapprehension  that they should have Netflix Standard with ads included for free since VM's recent announcement on 2nd October that it free with core TV packages. 

      This is only for new and recontracting customers, so unless you've recontracted since that date then you won't get the free netflix unless it was included in your original contract.
