How do i get a VAT receipt?

Hello,

I need copies of my VAT receipts from May 2022 and will need them moving forward.

How do i go about getting copies of these?

      In order to arrange this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

      If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

      This is something we can certainly help you with but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

      I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

    Hi,

    I need to get vat bills going forward on my account, I also need them back dated to December 23, I also need the bills to show the separate costs for phone and broadband, can you help with this please.

    Hi there,

    I need the VAT shown on my bills as well. Please can one of the Virgin team do that for me? I've tried to change the billing preference on line but there's no option to do that. My account number is shown below and you'll see the registered email address for this forum user account is the same one on the virgin account.

      Hello ariframpuri.

      Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
      We can arrange the backdated VAT receipts here.

      They take around 2 weeks to be sent out.

      Then going forward the monthly bill will be followed by a VAT receipt sent in the post.

      If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
      If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
