VAT Receipts

Hi there,

I cannot find a VAT breakdown on my bills. Could someone help point me in the right direction to get a VAT breakdown?

    Hello sbuckell.

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.

    We can help with the VAT receipts for you and backdate any that you require.

    With it being a residential account. VAT receipts are not set as the default billing option.

    If you don't mind, I'll need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check the envelope at the top right of your screen, that would be great.
