VAT receipts?

I need VAT receipts for my Virgin Media invoices but there doesn't seem to be the functionality in the Billing section of my account to obtain these.

I would be grateful for assistance.

To do this we would need to bring you in for a private message, please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.

    Dear Gareth,

    I'm having the same issue and don't seem to be able to post on this site. 

    I need to reclaim the VAT on the Virgin bills and this facility doesn't seem to be available in my Virgin Media account.  

    I would be most grateful for your assistance.
