VAT receipts?

I need VAT receipts for my Virgin Media invoices but there doesn't seem to be the functionality in the Billing section of my account to obtain these.

I would be grateful for assistance.

    Dear Gareth,

    I'm having the same issue and don't seem to be able to post on this site. 

    I need to reclaim the VAT on the Virgin bills and this facility doesn't seem to be available in my Virgin Media account.  

    I would be most grateful for your assistance.

    I see this is a common thread, can someone from VM also please DM me regarding getting previous VAT receipts sent through? And receiving VAT receipts going forwards?
