Well that's a shame because as is well known you get best deal with that section.
And for people who have been with you for a long time, this is getting harder as the deals seem to be for new customers
And as dodgy, even insulting as it sounds, 95% of the time it can be very hard to understand people on a general Virgin call, especially for people who are hard of hearing (like myself).
I renewed a contract a couple of days ago but now I'm having second thoughts.

You can leave without penalty within 14 days. If you give them notice of leaving, you might get a phone call to discuss.
