End of contract help?

Rang up to terminate at end of contract yesterday 2/4/24 end of contract being 27/4/24 told even though im paying £55 atm I’m going to have to pay £172 and wait for a partial refund??? I’ve rang up this morning to be told I’m getting a termination fee? How it’s end of contract termination no one I speak to seems to have a clue?
